JJ's Country Hideaway Entire House

This is a great house situated in the middle of 11 acres of woods off of a quiet country road. The house and location are very versatile and can meet any need from the traveling business person to families, couples, and solo guests. It is located in the center of business areas, colleges, outdoor activities, and other travel destinations. While we are close to many business areas and attractions, this is a country setting and we share our location with various wildlife common to Pennsylvania. The space The very open floorplan house includes: • Two spacious bedrooms - queen Bed, flat screen TV, large empty dresser, empty walk-in closet, over-sized desk and office chair, Ceiling fan • Full bath with both a shower/tub combo as well as an interior sink and an exterior sink • Half Bath (Powder room) • Open spaced living area with cathedral ceiling and two ceiling fans • Full kitchen with island sink and breakfast bar with Three stools • Large living room with a 65” flat screen TV, soundbar/subwoofer, and plenty of seating space • Large dining area • Laundry room • 3 desk office space set up as an office environment with computer displays, keyboards/mice, office supplies, etc. • Wireless internet • Roku television's to include Netflix & Hulu in main living room (65”) and also each bedroom (32”). All have either an external soundbar/subwoofer or an amp/speakers/subwoofer setup • Smart locks installed on exterior and interior access doors. You can give me a code and I can program all doors that you will need access to. At night, motion lights will light your way to the front door • Parking at the house for plenty of vehicles • Geothermal heating and air conditioning, whole home • A heavily wooded area with a yard cleared all around the house providing a very private quiet setting surrounded by mother nature • Rear yard deck and front yard porch Guest access You will have access to most of the house and the immediate grounds surrounding the house to yourself. *** This listing is set up as using "reservation requests" only for the reason that we may be home from our travels during your stay. At time of booking, I want to have a discussion as to whether we would just happen to be home from our travels or not so that there are no surprises. We ask that if you explore our woods that you stay within 30 yards of the house unless we have had a conversation about our property lines. The house is located in the center of many activities of all kinds including golfing, hunting, fishing, hiking, amusement parks, several colleges, shopping/antiques, restaurants, great motorcycle riding, kayaking, biking, walking trails, and many more activities and destinations. ***Small, well behaved, house broken dogs may be considered on an individual basis. When we are home, our very friendly and well behaved French Bulldog may be around, but again, we are usually only home a handful of weeks during the year and if you book this listing, we will have had a conversation about our dates home.
