Campbell Soup Suite! Private entrance+bath

A cozy spot with your own private entrance and bathroom. You'll have the entire bottom floor of our vintage 1910 house to yourself. Super comfy foam mattress and great air conditioning. Outside the bedroom is the bathroom and the TV/den area, complete with a comfy sectional and big TV. The washer/dryer are in the utility room, and you're welcome to use them! You'll have the whole floor to yourself so it's extra private. Super easy walking distance to tons of food, movie theater, Target and more. The space Built in 1910 on an extra wide lot. Basement was renovated a couple summers ago and has a little polishing to do yet. Nothing that should affect cleanliness or comfort but we have adjusted the price to take the lack of polish into account. Private entrance! Also we have two younger kids and so there’s always some amount of commotion between approximately 6 and 9 each morning. We try to keep it down but are not always successful. The good news is that it’s usually very quiet after 7pm! Guest access You'll have the entire bottom floor to yourself. During your stay You can contact me through the Airbnb app, or just text me if you’d rather. Other things to note As mentioned earlier, you'll have the floor to yourself. Our laundry room is also downstairs but we try to avoid doing laundry while guests are with us.
