Lovely countryhouse on Chiant hills

Lovely view on the valley, sweet relax in the smelling garden under a very old tree tasting a good wine and then to visit Firenze, Pisa, Siena only 30 km far from here and medieval castles,little churchs ,winery,across the beautiful Chianti road..... The space With view of the countryside of the Chianti hills, in Montespertoli, a small village 25 km from Florence, I offer this house is a barn recently restored and very comfortable, comprising: two beautiful bedrooms (one double and one triple) two bathrooms ( only one with shower) a large kitchen with fireplace and a colorful and fragrant garden all around for wonderful breakfasts and dinners. The house is equipped with tv/sky, telephone, internet wifi, washing machine, oven and private parking. It 's an excellent place for hiking in the area: you can visit ancient castles and medieval towns (San Gimignano, Certaldo, Volterra. .. the heart of Chianti), the great wine farms where to taste wine and the other special local products, the wonderful cities Pisa and Siena are only 40 km away from here, and finally the magic Florence really easy to reach in 30 minutes by car or train. The train station is at 13 km far from here with quick and frequent connections with the cities. The bus station is at 1,5 km far , in the village's square. The price is for a night all the entire house :two bedrooms , two bathrooms, a lovely kitchen/dining room, a nice garden!! For a person more there is a little extra of 20 euro a night. It's possible reserve dinner if you ask with special local food hand made and wine!! I live at the second floor of the house and it will be a pleasure for me give you all the informations and suggestions about the territory around (wine-festival ,concerts,events,itineraries…) that you’ll need to enjoy in Tuscany. In a space of the garden there are my two dogs, Jack and Rose, really quiet and sociable animal :they live in their enclousure . The territory that stretches from Val di Pesa, Val d'Elsa is inhabited by many Florentines who come to live in this country, because it is relatively close to the city, and at the same time allows to live away from urban pollution!
