If you would like a taste of peaceful countryside we would love to welcome you to our detached dormer bungalow set in a acre of field and garden with probably the most amazing views ever. So whilst the area is quite rural it is conveniently situated between Leeds and Manchester and only 10 minutes from the M62. During your stay regardless of your group size you will never be sharing with strangers as we only host guests in the same group.There is also ample secure gated parking on the drive. The space You will have exclusive use of the whole upstairs area so completely private with full 5 piece bathroom accessed across the private galleried landing dressing gowns are provided. If there are more than two in your party the second bed room downstairs with garden view has it's own private shower and private toilet facilities on the same floor, please note regardless of your group size rooms are only let to your party so you will never be sharing with strangers. A complimentary full English breakfast is included in the price. Tea and coffee making facilities with homemade biscuits will be available in both rooms. It may be possible for a guest to bring a well behaved dog please enquire Guest access You are welcome to enjoy any of the extensive outdoor spaces and barbecue during your visit, and If your stay is longer than a couple of days you are welcome to use the kitchen for simple food preparation and heating things up in the microwave During your stay We are around a lotof the time, predominately doing jobs in the garden in the summer months we can be on hand to offer ideas and information about the area and beyond if requested but you will be given a key to come and go as you please and we will always respect your privacy . Other things to note Our downstairs second bedroom may be suitable for any one with mild mobility issues please enquire, our place is reached down a fairly narrow lane but easily manageable unless a very large vehicle it leads to our drive with lots of secure parking. It may be possible for a guest to bring a well behaved dog please enquire.
