Bed and breakfast in Graffham

Our B&B is in the picturesque village of Graffham in West Sussex, part of the South Downs National park. From our garden you can walk directly into woodland and explore a network of footpaths and bridleways. There is a spacious double room with views over the South Downs and across the garden. We also have a twin room available - if booked simultaneously, the bathroom will be shared. In the room cereal, fresh fruit, fruit juice, yogurts and tea and coffee making facilities are provided. The space Brook Barn is a large family house. The guest accommodation is in a self-contained area which is accessed up its own stairway off the main entrance hall. Guest access The dining room and garden can be accessed by the guests. During your stay The hosts are available to offer help and advice and recommendations if needed. Other things to note We welcome dogs, however we ask please for an additional £5 per night to cover extra associated cleaning costs. Thank you
