Sauna house with infrared sauna and garden shower with hot water. Infrared sauna incl. sauna towels (surcharge) Idyllic hillside location with an outdoor fireplace. Sun & shade terrace with dining area 1 parking space for cars Bus 800 m, RE 3 km, S-Bahn 9 km, Usedom bike path 0.8 km The space Cozy combined living room/bedroom (bed 180 x 200) with fireplace. Small room (sofa bed 140 × 190). Windows in the sleeping areas with insect screens. Kitchenette with fridge, induction stove, dishwasher, small oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, French press for coffee, basic tea, oils and spices are provided. Garden herbs for use. Bathroom with sink and toilet. Sauna house with infrared sauna (for a fee) and garden shower with hot water. Grill, children's paddling pool, 2 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs. Children are welcome, but unfortunately pets are not possible as the property is not fenced. Guest access The summer house is located on a spacious inhabited (two-family house) property. Guests have the area around the summer house and the hillside terraces to themselves for undisturbed use. Other things to note The outdoor fireplace and grill can be used depending on the forest fire warning level. For cold days there is a fireplace and an oil radiator for heating in the house.
