**This is a shared house. ** **Host Tomoe and her dog as well as co-hosts are living here.** You will live together with the hosts and other guests, sharing the kitchen, living room, bath and toilets. There are 3 private guest rooms altogether. It's a dog-friendly house. Our guest house is a 2-min. walk away from Zaimokuza beach! You can take a warm shower outside after swimming in the sea. Beach chairs, tents, BBQ can be rented. The space Your room is located on the first floor. The wide double sized bed in this room has a width of 150 cm. The mattress (brand: Otsuka Kagu's Regalia Kingsdown) is very soft and comfortable. There is a large sweeping window on the east side, therefore it can be very sunny in the morning. This is a shared house. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, 10 m2 each, and a toilet. On the second floor, there is a kitchen + living room (40 m2), a bath room and a toilet. There is a loft guest room above the kitchen and a balcony on the third floor. You can use the common space freely. Please cooperate with the other guests when using the bath room. Guest access If you want, let's cook, watch movies or play together sometimes :-) Occasionally, ambulances and loud motorbikes pass by, but other than that it's a quiet area. The common area is shared with the hosts and other guests. You can also use the BBQ on the rooftop for a separate usage fee. We don't have any special house rules, but since it's a shared house, please be considerate so that everyone can spend a comfortable time together. It's a 20-minute walk from Kamakura Station, but it's a 30-second walk to the bus stop (Kuhonji), and the bus runs once every 10-20 minutes. It is a 14-minute walk from the Enoden Wadazuka Station. One parking space in front of the house is available to be rented for ¥ 1000/day. As it is mostly booked by the locals, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a free spot during your stay. Please let us know in advance if you are interested, so that we can check the availability and reserve a spot for you. Two bicycles, tents and chairs are available to be rented for a small fee. Other things to note **We kindly ask you to refrain from making a reservation, if you are a single male guest and have not yet received any good reviews from other hosts. Only male guests who have a 5 star review will be accepted.** **Tomoe and her dog are living in this house. Currently, co-hosts Natascha and Ramona from Germany are staying here as well, taking care of the guesthouse. For further information and reviews about Natascha, please check below under 'co-host'.** There is no TV, but a projector is available and you can watch your favorite movies or series on Netflix or Amazon prime (contracts available). Dogs are allowed! Please let us know before booking. A separate lodging fee of ¥1000/day per pet will be charged. Cats are not allowed to stay.
