Newly renovated 1 bedroom loft apartment in Darlington, a boutique suburb 5mins from the city. It’s in a secure complex with great outdoor space, having 3 balconies which keeps the place cool. It sleeps up to 4 people, as there is a sofa bed in the lounge room. Located 5 minutes from the city, universities, shops and a 7 minute walk to Redfern Train Station, which is one stop away from Central Train Station(CBD). A cosy home feel, with everything you’ll need. The space The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen, flooring & bathroom. Perfect for people that want to come back to a relaxing style home. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and lounge room. Both areas get a great cross breeze from the large sliding doors when opened. It's not a party or pet friendly apartment, as it's located in a residential complex, so please be mindful of residents by reducing noise by 10pm please. Parking is not included. There is free on street parking on nearby streets. Some have 2hr time limits, others are time unrestricted, so please check the parking signs. Furnished Apartment includes: * Queen size bed/linen in loft bedroom * Double size sofa bed in lounge room. (If booking is for 2 people, sofa bed linen is only provided upon request. If booking is for 3-4 people, sofa bed linen is automatically provided.) * towels * 3 balconies (no smoking or vaping indoors) * Internal laundry: washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board. * Clothes line on the balcony * 1.5 bathroom * TV * Wifi(fast speed nbn) * ceiling fans in bedroom & loungeroom * portable fans x2 * heater * Kitchen: Fully equiped: fridge, microwave, electric stovetop, oven, kettle, toaster and all your usual cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery & glassware etc. * Complimentary tea and coffee Guest access You’ll have access to the whole apartment & to yourselves. No host lives here. Other things to note I don’t offer self check in, check in by host only. 1. CONFIRMING CHECK IN & PREFERRED ARRIVAL TIME, AT TIME OF BOOKING IS REQUIRED. 2. ADDING ADDITIONAL GUESTS TO BOOKING IS REQUIRED (happy for this to occur after booking confirmed as they will need an Air BnB account) This allows host to communicate with ALL GUESTS, which is required if an other guest is checking in before the booking guest. Check in is available 2pm-10pm on weekends. Check in for weekdays needs to be confirmed with host as I work full time so will need to do check ins during my lunch break. Prior arrangements with host to confirm possible luggage drop off is essential. I’ll do my best to accomodate your preferred arrival time and needs, if given plenty of notice. If I don’t have someone checking out on your arrival day, then an early check in may be possible if confirmed with host prior to arrival. 3.
