The rooms of the building offer a variety of amenities including TV, free internet, telephone, minibar, safe, hairdryer, microwave and a common terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. Guests can enjoy breakfast served in one of the bars located on the central square of Varenna, of their choice. Please note that check-in and check-out are self-managed, as there is no reception. Staff are available in the morning and only upon request for check-in. The availability of beds in the entire building must be verified with management. The space Right in the historic center of Varenna, on the corner of Via Venini, the main street of the town, and Piazza San Giorgio, there is an imposing period building that houses several apartments and rooms, including the Purple Room and the Tulip Apartment. The apartments consist of 2 bedrooms, an entrance, a living area and a bathroom, and offer a pleasant combination of restored antique furnishings and architectural elements and modern components. The rooms are equipped with various amenities such as TV, free internet, telephone, minibar, safe, hairdryer, and a microwave is available in the apartment's living room. On the top floor of the building, the terrace offers a beautiful view of the lake, ideal for moments of relaxation, meditation and romantic occasions. The residence is located a short walk from the ancient church of San Giorgio from the 13th century, Villa Monastrero and Villa Cipressi with their beautiful gardens, and the promenade on the lake that connects Varenna Antica to Oliveto. Italian breakfast is served in one of the bars of your choice located on the main square of the village. Children up to 3 years old do not pay, and discounts are provided for children up to 8 years old. Pets are welcome. With advance notice, we are available to accompany you or pick you up at the train station. During your stay The staff is always present from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and at any time requested by guests. Arrival and departure times must be communicated in advance to ensure the best reception. With advance notice, we are available to accompany you or pick you up at the train station/boat. Other things to note Children up to 4 years old do not pay, while children between 5 and 10 years old have a cost of €20 per night and children between 11 and 15 years old of €40 per night.
