I'm thrilled to share my apartment with garden, canal views and tennis court with guests who love Venice and I hope that my home could make their stay in this wonderful city a exceptional experience! This is the perfect spot for a relaxing stay The space Just off San Polo square and 10 mins. from Rialto Bridge, enjoying a private garden with tennis court, this beautiful apartment is a well kept jewel in the heart of Venice. The apartment is on two levels, ground floor and first floor, and has an independent entrance through a private garden with table and chairs for eating alfresco. It enjoys 140 square meters of space and has elegant rooms with antique furniture. The ground floor comprises the entrance, a majestic living and dining room with entry phone and satellite TV, a large kitchen with table and chairs with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and kettle, a twin or double bedded room and bathroom with bath tub (hair-dryer). On the first floor there is another twin or double bedded room plus a bathroom with shower (hair-dryer), a very useful laundry room and a second sitting room on the gallery (double bedded sofa). The apartment accommodates 6 people maximum: 2 bedrooms, one gallery with double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms (one ground floor, one first floor). Other things to note Please consider: Early arrivals (before 3 pm) and late check in ( after 7 pm) as late check-out ( after 9:30 am) need approval and require an extra of € 50. TOURIST TAX Venice is a unique city in the world! With a small sum of money even you will become one of the City’s sponsors, contributing to safeguarding and cleaning our wonderful city of Venice. The sojourn tax is €4 per adult per night - €2 per child (10 to 15 years), €0 per child (0 to 9 years) applicable to stays up to 5 consecutive nights. It will be charged separately and must be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be paid to the City of Venice and it is destined to the upkeep and maintenance of the town. RECYCLING & GARBAGE Sort, bag and tie all waste to be collected and involve people in your party to take responsibility of daily waste collection. Please get rid of the garbage, before leaving.
