Cozy 15m² room with balcony

A small, cozy bedroom for a maximum of two persons in a charming 2-room apartment (about 56 sqm) with wooden floor and modern furniture. You will live together with my flatmate Naomi. I will be on vacation. The space The apartment is located in an attractive and convenient location in the immediate vicinity of the S / U train station Pankow (U2, S2, S8, S9) and various tram and bus lines. From here you are in about 15 minutes in the city center. On the other hand you have with the Schlosspark, Bürgerpark, Schönholzer Heide beautiful green areas to relax. A supermarket, several mini markets and a nice bar can be reached in a few minutes by foot. The small room has a quiet balcony that juts out into the back yard. Guest access In addition to your bedroom, you of course have access to the bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub. Shower gel and shampoo are available for free use on the bathtub. You will find a towel in your room on the bed. You can also use our fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Spices and oil are ready for cooking here. Of course you also get a place in the fridge. Please make sure that you leave the bathroom and the kitchen clean after each use. We have a dishwasher and a washing machine including dryer in the kitchen. The dishwasher is sometimes a bit stubborn, so you might have to wash your dishes by hand. We provide dishwashing and laundry detergents. The bigger room is my bedroom, that will be locked. My brother will come around twice a week and feed my hamster in my room. During your stay I am living with you at the flat and I always appreciate to spend time with my guests and get to know new people. But I also respect if you want to stay on your own. :) Other things to note Please note that it is not allowed to smoke in the apartment.
