Need to relax? Holiday in this absolute waterfront home perched on a cliff at the end of Pretty Bay in a quiet pocket of beautiful Malua. Sheltered from the harsh winds, the house provides amazing views. You may see the dolphins feeding in the bay below and the whales migrating past. Family pets are welcome; food and water bowls are provided but please bring their own bed. The house is fully fenced and secure. The space The house is well equipped for all your needs. 3 full bedrooms upstairs (2 with TVs, 1 with a king size bed, 2 - queen size beds) ; sleeping quarters for the kids downstairs (5 single pull out beds) with a TV; full bathroom on each level (one with a bath tub); main BR has its own en-suite; full kitchen and laundry; rumpus room with a pool table and table tennis downstairs; cabana in the backyard, air-conditioners on each level; TVs, stereo, a variety of games (in- and outdoor) for all ages; Nespresso coffee machine (standard pods); baby high chair; hot tub; BBQ, indoor fireplace, firepit, EV charger (bring your own cable). Pillows, blankets, liquid soap and toilet paper are provided. Bed linen/ towels are not provided. Plenty of parking for your cars, boat, jet ski etc. Other things to note Bed linen/ towels are not provided. You can bring your own, or there is a local company Blissful Bedding Linen Hire that should be able to cater for your specific requirements. A 7 kW EV charger is installed in the carport.
