Rustic House in the Hills with Terrace & Sea-View!

Welcome to our Boboli. Restore your energy in a rustic house surrounded by olive trees, wine yards, and a soft mediterranean breeze. Enjoy the breathtaking views on the Ligurian hills from the terrace. The house is located under the castle of Castelnuovo Magra, Liguria and less than 10km from Tuscany: taste the best flavours of both regions: pasta, seafood, pesto, oil, wine, fish, focaccia and much more is waiting for you! In case of allergies, be aware that 2 cute cats leave outside the house. The space The house has 3 big bedrooms, one with double bed, one with single beds which may be joined and the last with a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with fire stove, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and the unmissable coffee machine. The bathroom has a toilet, bathtub with shower and a sink. Linen and towels are provided! The terrace is equipped with daybeds, a dining table, and bbq! There is a portable air- conditioner, too. A note: two kittens live around the house - when we are there they are allowed to enter the house to get some food and cuddles. It could be that during your stay they want to interact with you - we hope this will not create you discomfort! We deeply care about the environment and to help us, please respect the rules to sort the waste (you will find detailed instructions at home).
