Salamanquesa, with a very nice independent garden

La Salamanquesa is an old stone barn from over one hundred and fifty years ago. Today it is converted into a house with a very special charm for couples, surrounded by nature and totally independent. It has a very unique garden, with lots of shade in summer. It's a place to rest, have a barbecue, or sit and read a book in absolute silence. It is currently not suitable for pets. Seasonal prices for a week or two are cheaper. The space La Salamanquesa has a space to enjoy that is totally private with a very cozy garden of about 500 m2. Nearby is the Tiétar River and in the area there are many beautiful hiking trails. We have a microclimate where you can enjoy our land of olive trees over 500 years old, kiwis, avocados, cherry trees, pear trees, apple trees, currants, centuries-old fig trees and countless plants that give the whole place a place to rest and disconnect from the hustle and bustle. We offer peace and quiet. Guest access On a 5,000 m2 estate where we have olive trees over 500 years old and assorted fruit trees as well as Linden and sweetgum trees. Other things to note All houses have central heating set to a temperature of 21°C (70°F), so using the fireplace is optional and at the guest's expense. We sell high-quality firewood baskets for €20.
