The confluence of Rems and Neckar, also called the "Swabian-German" corner, offers charming landscapes for hiking and cycling. The international and regional cultural offerings provide just the right thing for every taste, regardless of the time of year you visit us. The space The 3-room top-floor apartment, with 75 m², offers a relaxing atmosphere in a modern country house style. The living room is spacious and invites you to relax comfortably. In the dining area there is enough space to start the day with a good breakfast or to end the day with a pleasant dinner. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the technical support you are used to from home. For example: Dishwasher, 4-plate stove / separate oven. Separate fridge and freezer. The 2 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The comfortable couch and club chairs in the living room are ideal for relaxing. On the south balcony you can enjoy the view over the Neckar Valley from Stuttgart to Ludwigsburg, at any time of the day. Appropriate seating is provided. So you can spend your vacation relaxing or end your business stay after work. Hand towels, bath towels and bed linen are included in the rental price. We charge a flat rate of €40 for final cleaning!
