The Pleasures of the Lake

25 km from Puy du Fou, Located in the municipality of Chavagnes en Paillers (85) and located at a dead end on the left bank of Lac de la Bultière, you will find a house conducive to rest and daydreaming. Come and enjoy the calm, nature, the lake (60 m from the house), our garden and our animals (Sheep, geese, chickens, dog and cats). On-site, there are plenty of activities for you to enjoy: walking or cycling, fishing, canoeing, horseback riding, or cultural exploration. The space The 140 m² gîte sleeps 8 people. The ground floor consists of a beautiful living room area, dining room with a functional fireplace (insert). As well as a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you will discover three unique and comfortable bedrooms, each offering its own distinctive atmosphere. They all have a private bathroom and toilet, a king-size bed for two people (180 × 200 cm), a TV, and Wi-Fi. The rooms feature original, elegant, and well-kept décor, as well as views of the garden and Lake de la Bultière, facing the sunrise. Outside, several garden lounging areas are at your disposal, offering different settings and orientations so you can fully enjoy the sunny days. For the comfort of families, we also provide the necessary equipment for small children (travel crib, high chair, potty, changing mat, etc.). Guest access The entire cottage is reserved for you; the outdoor areas are clearly marked off. We also have a storage area where bicycles and motorcycles can be kept. The cottage is adjoining our home, but remains completely self-contained. We naturally take care to preserve your peace and privacy. Upon request, you can also enjoy some of our outdoor areas, such as the pétanque court and the vegetable garden, or come and meet our farm animals. If you’d like, we’re here to help you with tips and recommendations based on what you’d like to explore in the area. Other things to note Optional cleaning: €80 If you wish, we can offer you a cleaning package after your departure. If not, we kindly ask that you perform a thorough cleaning of the cottage (remove linens, vacuum, mop the floors, empty the trash cans, etc.).
