The space Recently renovated and upgraded, this spacious single-story home is located just 15 minutes from Disney in the prestigious Crystal Cove Resort. Designed for comfort, it can easily accommodate up to 12 guests, making it perfect for families and groups. The home features 4 bedrooms, including two suites. The master suite is a true retreat, offering a king-size bed, a large closet, a private bathroom with dual sinks, a bathtub, and a separate shower. It even has direct access to the pool area and includes a pack and play for families with babies. The second suite is equally inviting with a queen bed, ample closet space, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The other two bedrooms each have full-size beds with trundles, comfortably sleeping three guests per room. Safety and comfort are prioritized, especially for families with children. The pool area is securely fenced, and all three bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs, extra towels, and hair dryers for your convenience. The air-conditioned game room is a highlight, featuring a snooker table providing entertainment to all. Outside, the heated pool (optional heating with a fee) is the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy a barbecue by the poolside (also available for a fee), with plenty of poolside furniture for relaxation. Crystal Cove Resort is one the most beautiful resorts of Orlando area. All Keys are eletronic and created exclusively for each guest, you will receive the codes about1 week before your arrival. Other things to note Our home is self-supply, guests should bring your own food, drink, hygienic items and cleaning items. We will provide towels, pool towels, linens, comforters and pillows. We do not provide wash clothes. Extra Charges - upon request: •Pool heater - US$ 25 per day (minimum 3 days or equivalent amount. Needs to be requested and paid until 2 days before check-in) •Grill Fee - US$ 75 (Propane and Cleaning after checkout. Needs to be requested and paid until 2 days before check-in, non refundable) •Pet fee per pet - US$ 99 (we allow one middle size or two small ones per reservation) •Is not allowed the use of Charcoal Grill, $150 dollars fine will be applied in case of violation. Street parking and on grass are not allowed ANYTIME. We have parking space on property for up to 3 midsize cars. - RVs, trailers or commercial vehicles are not allowed by HOA rules. Only the guests disclosed at reservation are allowed to access the property. Visitors are not allowed. Maximum Occupancy 12 guests: including Adults, Children and Infants. The person who is renting should be at least 24 years old.
