Large Villa with terrace in Marzamemi

The Villa delle Spezie is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of the center and the sea. The ideal villa for large families or groups of friends, it is spread over two levels. On the first floor, we have a large living room with a kitchen and equipped terrace, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. An internal spiral staircase leads to the second floor. Here we have a small attic, equipped with all comforts. A double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a small living room. The space We have 7 beds. But it is possible to reach up to 9 people since a double bed is available in the attic. Extra beds and crib are upon request with additional fee. There can also be 2 families,having only the common entrance. They'd infuse their own kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor space. Guest access Guests will have access to the tennis court, garden and a parking space located inside the Villa. Other things to note As a welcome, you will find a small gift of spices from our production. It is also possible, upon request subject to availability, to book a home chef for typical dinners.
