This guest house was built in the summer of 2016 and is fully furnished with everything you will need. It is located less than a mile from beautiful Old Town Fort Collins and CSU! Very comfortable for 2-4 people, kid/family friendly with a couch that converts to a bed in the downstairs living space. I also have two classic bikes for guests to use during their stay. Also, please note there is a kitchenette and gas grill, not a full kitchen nor electric cooking available. Pack and play and other amenities available upon request. Guest access Adjoining yard, wifi, coffee and more. Just 5 minutes to Old Town Fort Collins, to the Poudre River, CSU and the bike path! Other things to note Please note that the studio has a kitchenette with only a microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator and basic utensils. There is not a full kitchen.
