In the apartment you can book this small room, Sonnenschein. Without a kitchen. In the single beds, you can dream wonderfully. You book the sunshine room and share the floor bathroom with other guests. The sunshine room is lockable. A desk and chair are available. You can reach the room via a steep staircase to the upper floor. When booking, ID card and address are mandatory! Upon arrival, the deposit must be left as agreed! The space In the apartment you can book this room Sunshine, NON-SMOKING. Without a kitchen! In the two single beds you can dream and relax wonderfully. It has a nice big wardrobe. A desk and a TV. The sunshine room is lockable. Non-smoking accommodation. Smoking is only allowed downstairs in the courtyard, in the cozy smoking corner. A deposit of at least €150 is required upon arrival. We can also push the beds together for you as a "double bed." If you are traveling with a baby, there is a baby cot ready. Please specify! Babies cost 8 more per night! Pay Pal! During your stay We, our little family, are Mone and Lars with 1 child, we live with a small dog and cat on the ground floor. Since we live in the basement (ground floor), you can talk to us personally when we are at home. The bunk bathroom on the upper floor is shared with other guests, but it is outside the rooms. No parties. The guest cleans the space himself! Other things to note We have a new roof. The upper floor has now received an external insulation. - without a kitchen! When the Jule room is occupied, guests will pass by your room. The hallway is shared. The floor bathroom will be shared with other guests. If you arrive with a baby, a crib is available. Babies cost 8.00 more per night! Booking up to 2 PEOPLE: You only book this room sunshine, without living room and without kitchen!
