Free indoor parking (1 slot) within the building. Located at the 22nd floor of Tower 5, facing Taal Lake. It boasts of air-conditioning, 42 inches Smart TV, PLDT internet access, Netflix, You Tube, etc. coffee, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, filtered tap water and Queen bed. The space Condo unit at the 22nd floor of Tower 5, the newest building of the Wind Residences. The unit has its own veranda or balcony with a sitting area and table. Guest access Outdoor and heated indoor swimming pools are open. A fee of P150 for each guest will be paid in the Cashier's Office of Tower 5. The swimming pool is open from 8am to 10 pm. During Saturdays vouchers for the use of swimming pool will only be available until 12 noon. Please make arrangements with the caretaker if you will be checking in on Saturday for pool use. Other things to note The place is along the main road. There is a BDO Bank, 7-11, SM Hypermarket, Robinson's Supermarket, Bag of Beans, Starbucks, Shakey's, Hap Chan, Ace, Handyman, Watson within 5 minute walk from the building. A deposit of Php 1,000 will be collected by my caretaker upon check in and the full amount will returned to the guests upon check out. Light cooking is allowed. However, we discourage cooking foods with pungent/strong smell like fried fish, tuyo, etc. since the other tenants of the floor are bothered by the smell. Smoking is not allowed inside the room. There is a smoke detector installed in the unit by SMDC. However, guests can smoke in the balcony. Kindly just close the balcony door.
