Gym and Kids mini golf are near by, on the same 3rd floor. Walmart Superstore 10 min walk, golf is 10 min walk. Guests can access all 5 pools, including Kiddy's pool on 4th floor with a beautiful view on the Gulf. Use wristbands. One ground pool is heated during the whole year, 3 jacuzzis ! 2 barbecue places are in the resort. Walk way around the Lake! The dryer and washer are inside of the condo. New Bowling and Billiard place with restaurant are located other side of resort, on the ground level of North parking Garage. Lots to do in Panama City Beach for adults and children. There are no closed hallways! Every group of guests has their personal key code. Guests will receive key code after registration and at day of an arrival. Parking is free for 2 cars. You can park in North Parking garage on the same level, 3rd floor, no need to use elevator in this case, do ~ 100 - 200 steps to the entrance of the condo. Other things to note Note: No pets allowed Note: Laketown Wharf resort requires a registration fee per reservation, which is one time payment for whole your group, not for every guest!
