The space occupies the entire third floor of our house, which has been completely remodeled of our Victorian house in the University neighborhood. We are a mile from SU campus and Carrier Dome. The Wescott Theatre is a block away. A block away from Wescott Street with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. This is a private space on the third floor with a shared entrance through our house. Newly remodeled bedrooms, kitchen, full bathroom and more! We have Zoey, our dog, that is a sweetheart. The third floor space is an newly renovated third floor located next to the Westcott business district, a mile from SU and short drive to downtown Syracuse with restaurants and more! There are two bedrooms, a living room with dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The entranced is shared, but the third floor is private and your area during your stay. The guests have access to two bedrooms, a living room with dining area, kitchen and private bathroom. The entrance is shared with the hosts living on the first and second floor. Guests are welcome to come and go as they please. We are available for recommendations in the area or to answer any questions. We like to greet as many of our guests as possible and enjoy sharing our love of the Syracuse area. We are also available by phone for questions. We are in the University or Westcott Neighborhood. We are a block away from several restaurants, a coffee shop and two diners. There is a convenience store to assist with other items that you may need. We are less than a mile from the Syracuse University Campus, Thorten Park and LeMonye College. Our home is about a block from the Westcott Theatre. There is alternate side parking on our street, which means that you car will need to be moved each night at 6 pm. Or, you can park at Concord Place, just a block over, that does not have alternative side parking. There is a bus stop at the end of street. Ride share and bike share are available as well. Most attractions are 10 to 20 mins by car from our house. The entrance is shared and we just ask that you are respectful when entering and leaving the house. The shared entrance goes up through the first two floors of our home to a private third floor apartment. The third floor has been design with our guests in mind to make sure that you have a private and comfortable stay!
