Room in a quiet neighborhood.

Cozy room in a quiet area near central Lund. Walking distance to shops and bus – 7 min to the city center. Sometimes you’ll share the apartment with me and my boyfriend and sometimes you’ll have it to yourself. Access to shared bathroom and kitchen. ☀️There are no washing machine in the appartment and to wash clothes I have to sign up in the communitie laundry and also be available when time to wash. The guest keep it tidy in the room and common areas like the kitchen and toilet/shower The space ☀️There are towels, sheets and soap to use during your stay. 🥾We take our shoes off in the hallway. 🪷You can have tea but you have to get your own breakfast and food. Please keep the kitchen tidy and also clean up after you both in the kitchen and toilet/shower. There is a coffee machine if you want to make some coffee. 🪷Toiletpaper is included for your stay but if you use more than that, you have to get it yourself. 🪷The bed is a 120 cm one for one person. If you have a need to bring another person with you for one night or two, you have to pay for that person too. 300SEK per night. You have to check with me ahead because we share the common space like toilet and kitchen. 🪷Sometimes me and my boyfriend sleeps in the room beside. And sometimes it is just me. 🪷The appartment is newly renovated and has new wooden floors, new fridge and microwave. A superfast Wifi is also there. 🪷There are 9 appartments in the house and it’s a portcode that you recieve after the booking is confirmed to the main door. The laundry is in the basement and needs booking and participation by me ahead. 🪷You have to respect the other neighbours and not be too loud after 10 pm. No smoking in the appartment or the balcony is allowed. Thank you and welcome! Guest access There is space in the fridge for your food. You’re welcome to use all kitchen equipment, including the coffee machine and kettle. If there’s freshly brewed coffee available, you’re very welcome to have a cup but you have to bring your own coffee if you are going to use the coffemachine more often. Please keep it tidy after you, both in the kitchen as well as the toilet/shower. Tea is free to use. Living room is private and I have that space when at home. If I am not at home it is ok to use. During your stay I will help you if you want to and you can always contact me on my mobile. Other things to note ☀️Please have communication with me about time for arrival to the apartment (after 3pm)so we can arrange the best way to make it easy for you. ☀️You cannot put your name to archive your post at my address. ☀️A coffee machine is available for making your own coffe but you have to bring your own coffe to brew. ☀️Toiletpaper is there for a stay but if you use more than those you have to buy more yourself. ☀️Towels are free to use and is placed in your room, there for your stay. Soap can be used but if they run out it is the same, the guest has to buy their own. If your stay is a week or longer you have to have your room tidy by yourself. Also tidy up in bathroom after you have taken a shower.
