Only one key is provided per group of guests useful for the entrance gate and apartment door The space My house, or better the “warehouse” as we call it in my family, was originally an old warehouse where my dad based his building company. Years later, it was turned into a loft. Everything is completely new because it has been restored since a very few time. At the ground floor there is the living room with a double sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with jacuzzi! A stair leads up to the first floor where there are 2 double rooms (one with a double bed + 1 single bed suitable for a kid of max 8 years, and the other one with two separate beds) and another bathroom with shower. Guest access My house is easily accessible from the ground floor. If you arrive by car, there is a space (for 1 car only, unsupervised) in the courtyard in front of the entrance, where you can park your car. Included in the price: bed linen, towels, hairdryer, shampo and shower gel, iron and ironing board, drying rack, TV and wifi. Moreover you will find useful things for your children: a cot and a high chair. We will provide the map of the city and other useful information for your stay. In the kitchen you will find some essential product, so you can avoid bringing that from home: coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, and a small bottle of extra virgin olive oil. Other things to note As a matter of fairness to all our guests, we would like to warn you that at certain times of the year the condominium's septic tank emits sometimes unpleasant odours due to very old installations. We are trying to solve the problem, which is common to the whole area and does not only affect our flat.
