Description

This guest house is on a 54 acre horse farm in the heart of Virginia's horse country. Conveniently located to the blue ridge mountains, multiple horse show facilities, and 6 fox hunting territories. The house is newly renovated with a large front porch, open kitchen and living space with two bedrooms and a loft for sleeping. This property can accommodate travelers with horses utilizing an oak fenced pasture with a run in shed. Stalls, a riding ring, jump field and trails are also accessible. The space This is a working horse farm surrounded by a cattle farm. This Piedmont area of Virginia has red clay soil which stains. If there is rain or snow there will also be mud. If you enjoy walking around the property please bring appropriate clothing and shoes as you will likely get dirty. If you notice red stain marks on rugs/upholstery/towels please be assured that everything has been cleaned prior to your arrival. Virginia clay stains are difficult at best to remove. This is why I request shoes be removed prior to entry into the house and leave towels to clean off pet's feet.
