The cottage is situated in its own private grounds - surrounded by stunning views, safe for children and close to all types of activities, including Water sports, Mountain Biking, and countless others. The Patio area has ample seating and BBQ. Local shops and eating establishments are 3 miles away. The friendly local pub serves meals and is a 20 minute walk away - beautiful on a summer evening.. During the winter months I would would highly recommend staying on the A5 until the A494 is signposted for Bala. Do not turn off the A5 for Knockin as your Sat Nav may suggest.
