The space If you are passionate about design and interiors you'll love this house! An epic renovation has lovingly brought this old dame back to life, with no expense spared in creating a luxury, made-for-Airbnb space that exudes charm and character. From custom made marble floors, to gorgeous brass lights, to restored fireplaces and decorative ceilings, there is something of interest in every room. Private, secure and quiet, Sinjin is perfect for those wanting a central but friendly neighbourhood base from which to explore the city. Features: - 4 large and equal sized bedrooms with queen beds - lounge room/library functions as a separate 5th bedroom with a double height blow-up bed, with a full size queen fold out sofa in the family room making up the 6th queen bed (please note that with both beds made up there's not a lot of 'lounging' space left, and there are no curtains in the family room so it's advised to bring an eye mask if you are sleeping in this room). Note that if you are a party of 8 or less it is assumed you will use 4x beds. If you require either of the additional queen beds to be set up it will be an additional cost of $100 per bed. - Incredible master suite with raked ceilings, walk-in-robe and full marble ensuite with dual showers - Stunning characterful main bathroom with heated marble floors, freestanding clawfoot tub, floor to ceiling windows and dual basins - Open plan kitchen, dining and family room flowing to a tropical sunny deck. - Huge open plan chef's kitchen with all mod cons including 4 ovens, freestanding 5-burner induction cooker, integrated dishwasher and microwave, French door fridge with chilled water and a gorgeous butler sink. - Incredible design features: heated polished concrete floors and steel-framed double-glazed windows. - Separate loungeroom with floor to ceiling bookcases with an intriguing array of tchotchkes, massive book collection and big TV (includes antiques so please take special care in this room). - Ceiling fans with remote in 3 upstairs bedrooms, air-conditioning in two rooms - Pillowtop queen mattresses and hotel quality linen - Breakfast (cereal), a range of teas, pod coffee machine and all essentials supplied - toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc) supplied. - Double glazed windows in all new areas keeps the house beautifully quiet and cool. - Eco-sensitive build with top of the range, super efficient appliances - Washing machine and heat pump dryer available in concealed laundry - Portacots, high chairs and items for young children available on request The house is truly spectacular and guests repeatedly say photos just don’t do it justice! Guest access All areas of the house are open to guests. As there are many luxury surfaces and everything is brand new, I do ask you to take special care when staying. Children are welcome but please ensure they are supervised (I can make adjustments to secure more delicate items). Other things to note Please note that there is a strict no parties policy. If the house’ smart technology indicates you are having a party you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded for the remainder of your stay, and/or there will be a fee of $2000. Only the number of booked guests are allowed at the property, additional guests will occur a charge of $200pp per night. As I have a Strict cancellation policy, travel insurance is recommended to cover you in case of any disruptions to your travel, such as delayed/canceled flights, illness (incl Covid), or other circumstances.
