Just 5 minutes from interstate 85. It is an easy 20-25 minutes to the Atlanta Airport and 30-35 minutes to Atlanta; Tyrone has been called "The Happiest Town in Georgia." Trillith Studios and The Walking Dead sites of Senoia are 12 and 25 minutes away respectively . The private entrance with keyless entry means you can come and go at any time. It is a self-contained unit attached to our house, with your own bathroom and shower. The cul-de-sac and a large yard accent the restful experience. The space Your room is easily accessed from the driveway, with a private entrance. With the dry kitchen (no cooking facilities) we provide a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, and small dining table with two chairs. You have a sofa and coffee table for additional comfort. Please note, that we don't have a TV, but you can use the wifi to access your electronic entertainment. Guest access One can freely and safely walk around the neighborhood on sidewalks and golf cart paths. Free parking just outside the entrance to the suite as well as safe on street parking on the cul-de-sac. Other things to note Though attached to the house, this is a 400 sq ft studio room that is self contained, and does not include access to any other rooms in the house. We live in the rest of the house and are available to help with any questions or needs that you may have related to your stay. The large room makes for an excellent staycation or work-from-home alternative. Sit outside in the morning and evening and you might see deer foraging in the yard.
