It has a separate entrance. We have rock garden with shady trees on one side and a terrace with a great view on the other side. Rock garden has rocks covered with lichens indicating the good air quality in the area. There are two queen size beds and fresh linen, tea coffee facilities, a storage cabinet with a lock, ironing facilities and free WiFi (100 Mbps) are provided. You will have a modern private bathroom with hot water shower, towels, soap, toothpaste, toilet paper and a hair dryer. It has a shower (No tub). Breakfast, transport & laundry facilities can be provided on request. The Kandy city is only 3.7 miles away. The Royal Botanical Gardens are 2.2 miles from the property. The nearest airport is CMB International Airport, 64 miles from the accommodation. The area is popular for bird watching and is a nature lovers retreat. If you love nature and need to live next to it this is ideal. We can provide names and addresses of our favorite places for you. We will give directions to any place you wish to visit. You have access to a balcony with a panoramic view and the back garden where banana, guava, sour sap, pineapple (all seasonal fruits), ginger, turmeric, and other herbs grow In addition you can walk around the building and visit the rock garden starting from a tiny gate at the side pavement of the house, or you can walk passing the main building directly from the main gate and just behind the garden table, the stairs direct you to the rock garden. We do laundry for 500LKR for a 6-7kg. Ironing facilities provided within the premises. We are available to answer questions, via text, email or in person as we live on the property.
