Comfortable and cozy 40 m2 loft, 800 m from the beach. With self-check-in. Recently renovated and fully equipped: 5G/2G Wi-Fi, air conditioning, full bathroom, washing machine, kitchen with all appliances and utensils, basic cooking supplies, and a fantastic massage sofa in the living room. 😊 Excellent transport links: buses and trams are just a few meters away, and the metro and train are a 10-minute walk away. Please note: this is a 1st floor apartment with no elevator. Quiet area. The space It is located in a very quiet building on a very quiet street, so please refrain from noisy people, as I ask for the utmost respect for the neighbors' rest. Parking is not a problem, as there are usually free spaces right below the window or a few meters from the apartment. However, I offer a parking space in a private parking lot 500 meters from the apartment for those who don't want to park on the street (€15/night). There are bars and restaurants next to the apartment, and all kinds of fresh produce stores nearby, a Carrefour supermarket (Mon-Sun 9am-10pm), and a large Alcampo hypermarket (Mon-Sat 9am-9pm) with free parking 24/7. The center of Sant Adrià del Besòs is 500 meters away, where you will find a wide range of gastronomic offerings of all kinds, full of local life, as well as all the services of a small town. There are also several shopping areas within walking distance (La Maquinista, Diagonal Mar, Màgic, Glóries, Encants Vells....) The nearest beach has just opened after renovation work. It's about 800 meters from the apartment. Badalona beach has a fantastic seaside promenade, with beach bars and services in the summer, and also bars and restaurants open year-round, offering a variety of cuisines at affordable prices. It's a 3-minute train ride away, or a 25-minute walk from the house. It can also be reached by tram and metro, and is a short walk away. Guest access You can hang it on the roof, going up to the third floor of the building, although I personally hang it in the apartment if it's not urgent. Other things to note During the check-in process, a credit card will be requested for a €200 pre-authorization deposit. This amount will not be charged; it will only be temporarily blocked and released at the end of the stay, provided no serious incidents have occurred. 🔇 For the good of all: - Noise sensor monitored. - Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and the building (there is a smoke detector). - Entry of unregistered guests is prohibited. - No pets allowed, no exceptions. - Silence is requested from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - Parties are not permitted. For the mandatory registration of all hotel guests, it is essential to provide identification by providing the following information at check-in: name and surname, nationality, date of birth, ID or passport and date of issue, address, telephone number, and email address.
