A cosy, warm luxurious retreat just a short drive from Plymouth, set in a coastal area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the doorstep of Wembury Point National Trust Land. Ideal for visiting Wembury Beach and walking the Southwest Coast Path. It is a modern and contemporary space with an open plan fully fitted kitchen and living area, underfloor heating and modern walk in shower room. The space Outdoor sundeck area with dining and relaxed seating, perfect for enjoying the sea views, overlooking an attractive enclosed garden area. There is a patio area that can be used for boot and dog washing. Large open plan lounge and kitchen area with cosy sofas and a breakfast bar- the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and induction hob- cooking utensils are also provided. There are two bedrooms- one master with a king size bed and an additional bedroom featuring two twin beds which can be zipped into one king size bed. Each room has ample lighting and thermostats for underfloor heating- ensuring a comfortable, cosy stay. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink with a light-up mirror, a vanity unit, walk in shower and heated towel rail. Dogs (up to two, possibly more on request) are welcome, the enclosed garden now includes a new dog washing area. There is a small additional charge, we request that you use throws or covers for the furniture and that they are not left alone in the apartment.
