Modern, recently renovated home in Berkeley's wonderful Gilman area. This is perfect for your family to use to explore all that the Bay Area has to offer! This is our family home and perfectly set up to accommodate families with young kids. Beautiful, modern kitchen that is fully-stocked for your needs, plenty of toys and books, patio for sunny breakfasts, easy street parking and walkable to parks, Whole Foods and BART. The space This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath home plus den that has just been renovated and thoughtfully designed. We live in the home when we are not renting it so you'll see our signs of use and love but we can't wait to let you use the home for your own Bay Area explorations. - One master bedroom with queen bed and couch. There is a master bathroom with bathtub / shower combo and double sink. - There is a full-sized crib which we have set up in our (large) master bedroom closet - Second bedroom is a children's bedroom set up with an IKEA Kura bunk bed, a low bunk bed with twin-sized mattresses. - There is an additional den that features a very comfortable pull-out sofa with queen-sized mattress. If you need additional bed space beyond the queen bed and bunk bed we can set up this room as a full bedroom during your stay. - Modern renovated kitchen with 6-burner gas Viking stove / oven - Open layout with full dining table that seats 8+ - Sectional sofa in living area - Plenty of infant and young children's toys and books for your little ones Other things to note We recently moved in to our home and the yard is a work-in-progress! There is a lovely patio with table and chairs for two or more to enjoy a sunny breakfast, but landscaping is still in-progress.
