Separate entrance. Garden view. Free heating (wood available for the wood stove and the fireplace); electric heating supplement (after meter reading, 0,23 €/kWh). The cleaning is in option (100€ to pay before the arrival) Appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooker, oven ... Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet.
