The second bedroom can be configured as either 2 single beds or 1 king size, please advise. There is also a sofa-bed in the lounge area that can be made up upon request for the 5th guest. The bathroom has a washing machine and dryer for your use. The kitchen has an oven and gas stove top for cooking. There is also a microwave and dishwasher and fridge. Guest access You will have use of the common areas which include indoor heated swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, gym and outdoor BBQ garden area. Undercover car space available for 1 car, please advise if you require. Other things to note Hosts speak English and Italian. We have been in the long term property rental market in Melbourne’s CBD for many years but have just started out as Airbnb hosts.
