The space 20 minutes from the center of Paris (Châtelet 5 minutes walk and 15 minutes by direct metro): small three-room very Parisian, parquet, fireplaces, in an old building, ground floor. The house is very quiet. Apartment size: 45 m2. Small bathroom. Small equipped kitchen, washing machine, internet access. I usually live in the apartment. The neighborhood looks like a village: in the small streets there are many individual houses with gardens. Around the metro it is very lively and commercial, a market twice a week. There are 2 parks, a nice movie theater, a jazz club. Guest access You will have access to: - the kitchen, - the living room if I am not there or otherwise briefly to have your meals because the apartment is small and sharing the living room for too long poses a privacy problem for me if I am present, - the bathroom. During your stay We can have dinner together once if you like and to the extent of my availability. Other things to note I will provide you with sheets and towels, hair dryer, washing machine, and tea and coffee, and you can use my basic products (oil, salt, spices, etc.) if your stay does not exceed three days. The bedroom with double bed closes with a sliding partition: I will adapt to your schedule so as not to disturb you when going to the kitchen.
