Great private get-away. Quiet. Enjoy the night-time true dark, with great star-gazing. Listen to the sounds of the night. Adults only. The space Farmhouse is located on working farm with free-ranging chickens, turkeys, ducks and geese. And orchard pork in their own wooded garden. Guests are welcome to wander around the farm, and are welcome to participate with farm chores. Guest access Merryweather Farm is on township roads, 3/4 miles from the nearest neighbors. Come to the Farm from Hiway 14. Turn North on Bunker Avenue and travel two miles to Merryweather Farm. Please let me know what time to expect you so I can welcome you and show you where to park, and how to get to your private space. During your stay While owner is a busy, active farmer, guests are invited to participate in garlic harvest (July), daily chores (all the time), and cider pressing (September & October). Farm has garlic fields and orchards, lots of free-ranging birds, and orchard pigs. Guests are welcome to wander around the farm and join in farm chores. I love an opportunity to chat, but honor guest's privacy.
