Comfortable, serviced holiday home on the upper floor of a colonial building in an exclusive, central neighbourhood of Colombo, within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions, restaurants, and cafés. Thoroughly renovated, the three bedroom apartment features two modern bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, and a large terrace. The space We are confident you will enjoy your stay in our family home, which was built by our grand parents and is now owned in the third generation. During a recent refurbishment, we maintained many of the original colonial elements, while trying to make the apartment as eco-friendly as possible: the furniture is mainly made from sustainably grown wood, water is heated through solar panels, and the air conditioners work on Econavi technology. Guest access The apartment can only be rented as a whole. As it has three bedrooms it is ideal for families or small groups.
