Just renovated bright and cozy apartment is perfect for couples and small families (5th floor in the historical building w/o elevator, narrow stairs). It is fully equipped for a long-term stay, features brand new furniture, decoration and appliances. There is a balcony with a view to the sea. Ideally located 2 minutes walk to the beach in Barceloneta which is part of Ciutat Vella (Old Town). Wonderful local atmosphere, many typical bars and seafood restaurants nearby. Balcony with a sea view. The space We do our best to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The apartment is always cleaned before your arrival, and everything is fixed and prepared for your stay. Nevertheless, we do not provide typical hotel services such as breakfast, room service, pick up at the airport service etc. Also please do not expect basic supplies such as coffee, sugar, salt and oil and to be provided. However, you will find a couple of rolls of toilet paper, all cutlery and crockery, a coffee maker, a microwave, bed linen and towels. Other things to note House rules: We do not accept groups under the age of 25 (Families are very welcome!). Parties and bachelor parties are not allowed. Check-in fees: After 8:00 PM: Additional charge of 40 EUR for late arrival. After 12:00 AM: Additional charge of 60 EUR for late arrival. Holidays and Sundays: Additional charge of 40 EUR per arrival. Tourist tax: The tourist tax for people over 16 years of age as of 10/1/2024 is €6.25 plus VAT per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. This fee is paid upon arrival and could be modified in the near future by local legislative decisions.
