The main level has the kitchen, dining room, living room, access to the front patio, and two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, with a stunning newly-built en suite bathroom with walk-in shower; the second bedroom has a full bed and is next to the hallway bathroom (which has a tub). Additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed (living room) and on an air mattress. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Lower level (basement): Laundry room is available to guests. Part of the basement will be closed off (basement renovations are being planned). Guests will have private access to the entire home, except for one small supply storage closet and the detached garage at the end of the driveway. Other things to note This is a pet-friendly listing and is not recommended for guests with severe pet allergies. No cable TV is provided; both TVs have the capability to use your own streaming accounts. We do ask for assistance from our guests in moving the trash and recycling bins to/from the curb in front of the house on the pickup days.
