Cala Romantica - Holiday house for beach holidays

A beautiful cottage in a slope – right in Cala Romantica. From the large terrace, you can look out on the beach, the sea and the Mediterranean garden. In the terrace, barbecue and sunbeds invite you to linger in the sun. Thanks to a solar-heated outdoor shower, you can simply shower sand and salt. In the house there is an open kitchen (with sea view), a large living room with dining and seating, as well as two air-conditioned bedrooms and a small bathroom. The space The vacation home has been our family's vacation home for many years. It is equipped with everything our vacation hearts have wished for over time. Especially in the summer, our life there mostly took place outside on the terrace. There you will find cozy sun loungers and a large dining table with a bench and chairs. Windbreak sails are available for windy days. A grill and outdoor shower as well as a large rotary clothesline have also proven themselves here. Beach mats, umbrellas and beach toys for children are of course welcome to be used. In the house, you enter the kitchen directly from the hallway. We like to cook and accordingly you will also find a fully equipped kitchen. Whether toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, stove, … you will find what you need! My personal highlight is the view through the kitchen window towards the sea. The kitchen is kept open so that you can also look directly into the large living/dining area. In addition to a dining table, there are two large, comfortable sofa beds and an open fireplace (which, however, is out of service). It is very bright through a large window front. From the hallway, you can access the bedrooms and the bathroom. This area is typically kept small. As everywhere in the house, you can expect wooden furniture, built-in closets and a Mediterranean tiled floor. We are happy to provide a baby crib, including bedding, and a highchair – just let us know. Several TVs (with German channels) and music playback options are available. You are also welcome to use a filled bookshelf and a small collection of games. We put a lot of effort into the furnishings and décor to combine the Mediterranean style of the house with modern elements, and we hope that you feel as comfortable there as we do. Other things to note The house is located on a hillside slightly elevated above the beach. Access to the house is exclusively via a staircase (past about 4 houses). It can be tiring sometimes if you don't usually have to climb stairs, but the view from the terrace definitely makes up for it! Registration Details Mallorca - Regional registration number ETV/8433
