Home will be shared with a married m/f couple (owners) and permanent female renter. There are 2 rooms available in this home through Air bnb though separate listings. The private room is located on the 2nd floor of the home (about 13 stairs) and is more than efficient. 50" TV with almost all of the cable channels (including premium), OnDemand, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Chromecast (for mirroring your personal device). Decorated with students or business travelers in mind but nice and comfortable for anyone! Queen size memory foam mattress; Blackout curtains; desk/vanity with office chair; full length mirror, and closet storage space and drawers. Room is steps away from the bathroom which is only used by the owners. Access is limited to first floor common areas, some access to second floor, and reasonable access to laundry is available for guest after staying 8 days. Guests must see host(s) before using laundry and are responsible for for their own laundry supplies. It will be easy for you to make yourself at home! Guest MUST coordinate check-in time with us.
