A cozy apartment in the center of Zagreb. Very private and quiet, with everything you need within few minute walk. There is a safe-box with key in it so you can self check-in. A mandatory law requires that every guest presents a valid government ID upon check-in and registration with e-visitor. The space Charming apartment of nearly 60 sqm in the city centre (Zagreb Lower Town) is situated in a building dating 1899. It is located on the ground floor of a building, facing courtyard, protected from noise and traffic. It is spacious with barrel ceilings. Access to the apartment is by stairs. The apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a hallway. In the master bedroom there is a king bed, a work desk, a standing mirror and clothes wardrobe. In the small bedroom there is a queen bed, a shelf with clothes rail. The building is a historical downtown heritage made from natural materials (brick, clay, reed...) and the apartment is freshly decorated using brand new furniture. There are living room and dining area, cozy and intimate, kitchenette, equipped with necessary kitchen appliances, two bedrooms bathroom and hallway. While the refrigerator is in the dining room, kitchenette consists of stove with 2 electric burners, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, kitchen cloths and cleaning agents. There are also basic necessities such as coffee, tea, oil and vinegar, basic necessities for simple cooking. The bathroom has walk-in shower, toilet, small drying rack, and washer/dryer. Guests have available hair dryer, soaps, shampoos, and towels of different sizes. The dining/living room has round table with 4 chairs and one folding chair extra, sofa, a FTTH cable/IPTV, wireless internet connection. In master bedroom there is a cabinet (iron board and iron inside), double bed (180x200), full figure mirror, indoor exercise bike, home office table, clean bedding and linen, and safe deposit box to store your values. Small bedroom has day-bed that can turn into queen-bed for comfortable sleeping for two persons, shelf with clothes rail, and hangers. Living room has air conditioning. The apartment has adjustable central heating. Since the apartment is at the ground floor and one side is half bellow street level, and another faces the backyard, it is essential that the windows are regularly tilted open throughout the day to ensure ventilation. It doesn’t influence the warmth, since the walls are thick and there is central heating. There is a little shared backyard right in front of the living room. You can use it to air-dry your laundry during sunny days. Guest access It is a non-shared apartment so you can freely use all the premises. Other things to note The apartment main entrance door is metal anti-theft breakin-proof safety door. Loss of keys will be charged €50. Never lock building front-door as it has to stay unlocked in case of emergency evacuation. Tap water is safe for drinking. Flush toilet paper only. Main bed mattress is Ikea, is 20 cm thick, has pocket springs and is classified as medium hard mattress. No smoking in the apartment. It is strictly forbidden to leave children, or any person under age 18, unattended. Every child is counted as a guest/person, regardless of age. You are responsible for all apartment items and property during your stay. Missing or damaged items during your stay will be charged to you at full price. No modifications to the apartment property or apartment items are allowed. Any such change will be considered as damage and will be charged at full price. Do not leave any items (especially apartment property) outside the apartment area. Do not leave garbage or garbage bags anywhere in hallways of the apartment building. In case you leave any items, and our service finds them, we will send it back to you at cost of minimum €50. In this case you have to make full payment for return cost. In case we don't receive the payment within 15 days of your departure, items will be discarded. Leftover food, drink and other leftover consumables or items that can spoil, are instantly discarded by cleaning service. We do not issue refunds on bad weather, natural disasters, power outages, water issues, gas outages, internet outages. Any delay for any reason to checkout will be charged as an additional stay night. That is unless there is a new guest arriving in which case you have to leave premises by the check-out time.
