Comfortable and cosy cottage with substantial enclosed garden to the rear. Wifi, smart TV, Freeview TV, Netflix and plenty of hot water. 5 to 10 minute walk from the railway station with direct link to nearby Stirling and Glasgow. Suitable for up 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Also child friendly. Private off street parking. The space We would be delighted to share our holiday home in Alloa. Hawkhill cottage has been in the family for almost 4 decades and we try to stay there ourselves as often as we can. We have fast broadband along with a 43" smart TV, Freeview TV and Netflix. The house is heated by a gas combi boiler which keeps the place cosy and offers plenty of hot water for the bath and over bath power shower. The kitchen is adequately equipped with a fridge, small freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob. There is also a washing machine available for use. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils/cookware. As our home is child friendly we also have kids cutlery, plates and one high chair. There is also a travel cot with bedding located in the wardrobe in the master bedroom. The well proportioned master bedroom has a double bed, bed side cabinet, chest of drawers, mirrored wardrobe, sofa and a period fireplace (not operational). There is a hairdryer in the top drawer. There are 2 windows in this room, one to the side of the property and one to the front garden and driveway. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet and a wardrobe. The window overlooks the substantial, enclosed rear garden. Clean bed linen and fresh towels are supplied free of charge. The main living room has 2 sofas, smart TV, DAB radio and a dining table with 4 chairs. Hawkhill cottage is a centrally located, comfortable, child friendly home which is suitable for families or up to 4 adults. The railway station is a five minute walk from the cottage and has a direct link to nearby Stirling and Glasgow. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, wifi, plenty of hot water, the enclosed rear garden, front garden and private driveway. Other things to note There are some books in the bookcase in the living room. Please feel free to take one away and leave another in its place. There are also some board games available for use.
