Pool with children's area. Large free municipal parking along our entire street. 10 minutes walk to Troya Beach. Lots of playgrounds. Resort area with many bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Therefore, it is not the quietest place at night. 20 minutes walk to Siam Park water park. The space One bedroom apartment in the Jacaranda complex. The apartment has a built-in water filter, so you do not need to buy drinking water and carry it home. 🌊 Beautiful views of the ocean. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset every day. The complex is located in the heart of Las Americas (c. Victor Zurita Soler, 3). This is a tourist and very lively area, if you are looking for housing where it is quiet at night, like in a village, then this is definitely not Las Americas :). 🏊‍♀ There is a swimming pool on the territory of the complex. It is open all year round. The pool has toilets and separate sun loungers for guests. 🌿 The complex has gardens and trees where you can relax in the shade. Directly opposite the house is the Piramidas Hotel with a mini market, and the Super Dino supermarket is 300 meters away. ✅🚗Parking: There is a large municipal parking lot next to the house. There may be problems with free spaces from 8:00 to 16:00. ✅👨‍👩‍👦‍👦The apartment can accommodate: - 2 people in the bedroom, - 2 people in the living room on the sofa in front of the TV. The second sofa by the window is not used as a bed. - There is an extra bed for 1 child in the bedroom. ✅💝We really appreciate guests with good reviews on Airbnb. At least one person in the profile must have a review and the eldest must be 17 years old. When sending a request to book housing, all trip participants must be added to this request. We value quality sleep and offer very comfortable soft mattresses and orthopedic pillows. ✅Living room: IKEA double sofa bed, dining table and 75" TV with SMART TV function. The living room and dining room overlook the ocean and the pool. There is also a sofa by the balcony window. But we do not recommend sleeping on it, as it is noisy near the window from the night city. ✅🛀🏻Bathroom: Detergent, shampoo, shower gel, soap, body lotion and towels. ✅👨🏻‍🍳Kitchen: Induction hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, toaster, capsule coffee machine, built-in filter for drinking water, washing machine. ✅👶🏻Children: We will be happy to accommodate guests with small children. ✔️For them, we have an extra bed in the bedroom. But if you need a cot and a high chair, please let us know before booking the apartment. The rental price for these items is 20 euros + a deposit of 30 euros. If you return all the items clean, you will receive a deposit of 30 euros back. If you need additional things for the child, please let us know in advance, before your arrival. ✅🐶Pets: We love pets and we have a dog at home. Unfortunately, I have asthma, so we can only accommodate small dogs with fur that do not shed, such as a Yorkshire terrier or a poodle. Therefore, first check whether you can bring a dog with you, and then book the apartment. Thank you for your understanding! You must bring a towel, bed, bowl and other accessories for your pet. It is strictly forbidden to use the provided towels and bowls. The additional fee is 50 euros. Guest access As a guest you have access to all communal areas. High speed internet is available in the apartment and you can also access the Wifi in the pool area. Private sunbeds are available for guests as is the use of toilets. There is lots of free parking space on the street. Other things to note ✅After booking, all guests must provide the necessary information for police registration, first via Airbnb and then on a paper form after check-in. ATTENTION!!!! Elderly people and small children live in our complex. Therefore, we ask you to observe the rule of silence from 10 pm to 8 am. If you have a noisy company and you want to have fun at any time of the day, then our apartment will not suit you.
