Our newly renovated house is the perfect base to explore the city. Only 3 minutes walk from Jewell Station, you can be in the CBD within 20 minutes (or 15 minutes by bike), or take a short stroll to Sydney Rd to check out all the wonderful cafes and shops in this popular strip. Clean, comfortable and with plenty of undercover outdoor spaces, it's also the ideal location to ride out those rainy days. The space Just minutes from Sydney Rd, in the city (south) end of Brunswick, sits our newly renovated 3 bedroom + studio 50's brick house. North facing windows welcome plenty of natural light, perfect for relaxing in the large living room. Food lovers will adore the massive kitchen, equipped with all the utensils you could need, along with a range of spices and condiments at your disposal. A clean, inviting room, in a spacious house, with friendly hosts, on a neighbourly street in a great location, makes for a comfy stay, whatever type of travelling you're doing. Bathroom is shared by all occupants. A washing machine and indoor or outdoor line drying space is available. There is also a laundromat around the corner with electric dryers if you need some quick drying. During your stay We love meeting new people for the interesting insights that can be shared. We also love going out to various theatre shows, circus shows, music events, friends houses, and other community gatherings. Thus, if we're all around and all up for a chat and a meal, then cool. But if you're just wanting to do your own thing, that's fine too.
