Augusta's house is welcoming and spacious. Located in the heart of nature, quiet, this cottage is ideal for rest and family walks. A few minutes from Lake Beauvallon (Montguyon), Saint-Aulaye beach (Dordogne) or Aubeterre (Charente), it's very easy to enjoy swimming and sightseeing. The Domaine de Pinsac and Andy Booth's famous school are only 7 kilometers from the farm. Idleness, rest and fishing at the edge of the ponds. The space The house, with an area of 175 m², has 4 spacious bedrooms equipped with closets. The house is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and other kitchen utensils...). We provide cleaning supplies. A gas meter reading will be taken upon check-in and checkout. The price per kWh is €2.80. Contact us for terms.
