Villa Giulia - "Carrubo room"

Only 3 min. from the sea, surrounded by a luxury garden with a rich orchard, suggestive waterfalls and a swimming pool, Villa Giulia offers you the perfect place to relax and spend some quality time in such beautiful corner of Sicily. Benvenuti!! The space Villa Giulia and its luxurious garden will make you believe you have reached a Sicilian oasis, the ideal place to leave the chaos and the stress of the city. Recently built, Villa Giulia is the perfect place to host people from all around the world. The villa is composed by 3 living units and each of them is full furnished and all the rooms have private bathroom. The beautiful swimming pool is the perfect place to refresh and tan when it's windy and the sea is rough. The dependance with its amazing waterfalls is the perfect place to relax, playing cards or reading books. If you are interested you can also take a walk into the huge garden and find several kinds of trees, flowers and fruits. Guest access Our guests will be welcomed in the 3rd unit, which is composed by 5 bedrooms with private bathroom, a nice living room, a comfortable sitting room where you can find satellite TV, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and an outdoor barbecue. Nevertheless there is a veranda for breakfast, lunch and dinner where it's possible to enjoy the beautiful view. The "Carrubo room" is located on the ground floor. During your stay I live in the 2nd unit and I'm at your disposal for any kind of request at any time. In the 1st unit live my parents, two sociable and very friendly person, who can easily have english or german conversation with you. Other things to note In Villa Giulia's garden we take care of several animals: 2 goslings, 5 ducks, 6 cats and 1 dog. We kindly ask you to respect them. We have a well stocked vegetable garden and according to the availability we will offer you our products.
