Walk in, kick your shoes off… UNWIND • 2 bedroom 1 bathroom guest suite with own entrance & exclusive use of pool overlooking Coolum Beach on Gubbi Gubbi Country. Beautiful beach, coastal and ocean views. • Short stroll to cafes, restaurants, Surf Club, shops & parks. • Unwind is located on the lower level of our home. • We aim to offer a comfortable space for a relaxing coastal getaway. MAX 4 GUESTS ONLY. Strictly NO extra guests or pets. Bookings made on behalf of others not accepted. The space • UNWIND…. A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest suite with its own entrance. The guest suite is attached by common walls to one side of the lower level of our family home. Our family lives in the main part of the house full time. - A pool with shallow wading area is positioned at the front of our home. Guests have exclusive use of the pool. Capture the stunning ocean views whilst taking a dip or relaxing poolside on the deck. Whales can be spotted from our place during the June - November migration season. - Bedroom 1 - King bed. Walk in robe. AC & ceiling fan. - Bedroom 2 - Queen bed. Ocean views. Wardrobe. AC & ceiling fan. - Extra mattresses are strictly not permitted (except a portacot for an infant under 12 months old) - Open plan living, dining and kitchen boasting stunning ocean views. - Washer and dryer in bathroom. - Ducted air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout the suite. - Slide the floor to ceiling glass door open to capture the sea breeze. - Entry is via the sliding door at top of the shared external stairs. • The guest suite, pool and outdoor shower are for guests exclusive use during their stay. • 1 allocated parking space for guests on shared driveway. • Visitors may visit during daylight hours with host’s prior approval. As you will be staying in our home, please ask host before inviting guests over. No overnight visitors. Visitors must leave by 9pm. Visitors must park offsite, not on our property. • Parties, pets, smoking/vaping and drug use are strictly prohibited in all areas of our property. • Unwind is suited to relaxing getaways - not parties and late nights. • Enjoy the beachfront views from the Bays all the way up to Noosa. Unwind is opposite Coolum Beach, near Point Perry and a short easy stroll to First Bay, the local shops, cafes, clubs and restaurants. • Although we are located directly opposite the ocean, please note that beach access is via a short walk along the boardwalk across the road. • Day hire for photo shoots are considered. Enquiries welcome! Guest access • Guests have exclusive access to the pool and deck area with stunning views. • On-site parking is available for 1 car only on our driveway. Any additional vehicles will need to park down the road. Trailers, caravans etc are not permitted to park on site due to limited space. • The driveway and front external stairs are shared spaces with our family. Other things to note • We are a family of 6 who live permanently in the main house. You may hear us sometimes! • Your privacy will be respected during your stay. Please return the same respect by not entering any other part of our property other than the guest suite, pool, deck area and driveway. • As shown in the photos, the pool is located at the front of the house, which captures the beautiful coastal view. You will be in view of foot and vehicle traffic whilst in the pool area. • Bookings made on behalf of others will not be accepted. The person making the booking must stay for the entirety of dates booked. • A clear profile photo of the guest requesting the booking is required as you will be staying on the same premises as our family. Please do not request to book if your profile picture is not a clear photo of yourself. • Excessive noise will not be tolerated. • We reserve the right to inspect any part of our property (with prior notice given to guests) if we have concerns about any damage being caused by guests during their stay.
