TOP FLOOR - Outstanding Panoramic Views in all directions from the balcony, living room and kitchen. This villa is truly a perfect "10" and it keeps vacationers coming back year after year. The space This villa is located in the section of Hilton Head Beach & Tennis known as Admiral's Row. Admiral's Row is in the very back, closest to the ocean. There are two swimming pools for your use. One is located in the Admiral's Row section and the other is centrally located in the resort, beachside. Note, pools are not heated. Guest access There is a shared BBQ/Picnic Area. It is quite a nice space and a great way to relax for a nice family dinner. The grills are charcoal. Other things to note 10% SC & HHI Sales Tax is Included in the Price. Included with your stay is tennis and pickle. During busy tennis season (March & April) it is recommended that you call or visit the pro shop to reserve your court time. There are also lessons available (for a nominal fee), which I would recommend.
